We are "Driven by Innovation"

We at SVOLT are convinced that the energy transition and the spread of electromobility are making a decisive contribution to climate protection.

Our mission is to make electromobility and energy storage systems sustainable, cost-efficient and durable. We believe in a collaboration of people, ideas and technology driven by innovation.

As a global high-tech company and spin-off of the Chinese car manufacturer Great Wall Motor, we develop and produce lithium-ion batteries and battery systems for electric vehicles as well as energy storage systems.

SVOLT's headquarters are located in Changzhou, a city in the southern Jiangsu Province in China. The headquarters of the European subsidiary SVOLT Energy Technology (Europe) GmbH is in Frankfurt am Main. SVOLT is currently under construction and is planning two plants in Saarland.

To our locations

In addition to solutions that meet global market standards, SVOLT is working intensively on the development of new technologies - from cell chemistry and the complete battery pack to energy storage systems - in order to be able to fulfil the needs of its customers quickly, efficiently and sustainably, not only today but also in the future.
